FOR YANKEE MAGAZINE

OVERVIEW

Our long-running partnership with Yankee Magazine has led us to some of New England’s most picturesque destinations, and Woodstock, Vermont, is no exception. Known for its classic village charm, snow-covered covered bridges, and inviting inns, Woodstock embodies the magic of a quintessential Vermont winter. For this story, we set out to capture the town’s timeless appeal—from the glow of cocktails at Au Comptoir to the warmth of farm-to-table dining at Simon Pearce, where handcrafted glassware meets seasonal cuisine. We wandered through the snow-dusted village, photographing the small-town charm of Elm Street’s boutiques and the artistry behind Farmhouse Pottery, where traditional craftsmanship thrives. Nearly a decade into working with Yankee Magazine, each assignment is a new opportunity to document the landscapes, flavors, and communities that make New England special. Some places just seem made for winter—and Woodstock is one of them.
